About Dream Team CBO
Dream Team CBO is a registered Cummunity – Based Organisation (CBO) based in Mombasa, Kenya. Our CBO empowers vulnerable individuals through education sponsorships, entrepreneurship training, and community outreach. We support widows, orphans, and unemployed youth by promoting life skills, mentorship, and positive behavioral change.
Our initiatives also foster peace, cohesion, and talent development, while linking local entrepreneurs to wider markets for inclusive and sustainable community growth.
OUR OBJECTIVES
a) Support vulnerable members of the community through education sponsorships.
b) Promote capacity building through entrepreneurial training and civic education.
c) Facilitate enrollment of vulnerable members into communal insurance schemes (e.g., Community-Based Health Insurance).
d) Assist unemployed members in securing meaningful employment.
e) Link local entrepreneurs to both local and international markets.
f) Conduct youth empowerment and mentorship programs.
g) Promote behavioral change among youth (e.g., addressing drug and substance abuse).
h) Provide life skills training for holistic youth development.
i) Conduct community outreach programs to support the less privileged with food, clothing, and other basic needs.
j) Promote inter-community peace and cohesion through arbitration, peace campaigns, and joint initiatives.
k) Identify, nurture, and promote youth talents for personal growth and community benefit.
l) Support widows, orphans, and other vulnerable groups to live meaningful and dignified lives.
